On location from High Meadow by Cold Creek in South Lake Tahoe to get some fun bike riding in with some fresh air and nature in my day. I wanted to address why I like doing these videos on location because this is what I love to do and I like to share as well as the part I find really awesome is that most everyone likes doing this same thing. Nobody lives in Tahoe because they love the city life. It’s all about the outdoors and enjoying what we have here in Tahoe to enjoy the outdoor activities. The second I wanted to address is being proactive with you health. In order to enjoy these types of activities, you have to take care of yourself. As we age, taking care of yourself becomes more and more prevalent. I notice the changes already and I’m not saying I’m old. However, the difference between now and when I was a teenager are definite changes. If I don’t stretch or do some of my exercises, I don’t feel as good as I could. Where chiropractic comes into play in this type of area is all about keeping active to be able to do the things they love. People are going to get hurt from falls or accidents, that’s not going to go away and that is another topic we will address at another time. Taking care of yourself with proper nutrition and adjustments from a chiropractor can make a big difference in trying to help you get moving better and move the best that you can. This will allow you to keep moving well and doing the things you love as well as enjoying places like this and all around Lake Tahoe. Personally I get adjusted on a regular basis. I know when things are getting tighter and I get treatment soon and that little treatment keeps me going strong. A little treatment when things aren’t really bad can keep you healthy better than always trying to catch up with an injury or concern. Keep yourself healthy, get the treatment that you need now, don’t keep putting it off, be proactive about your health, and get out and enjoy what we have. Tahoe is a great place to be. I’m here to help and I want to help you keep doing the things that you love. That’s part of where that “Summit to Shore” part of my business name comes in. I want to help you in any sort of level you are in and help you keep living that Tahoe lifestyle. We’ll see you out on the trails.

Come in to see how you can start improving today.

How long should healing take?

How long should healing take?

“How long should it take to heal and how often should I come to the chiropractor?” The honest answer is that there is no one-size-fits-all schedule. The frequency of chiropractic visits depends on your symptoms, your goals, your overall health, and how your body responds to care.
