So, needing to be able to adapt to new activities, the biggest thing that you can do is ease into those activities. You don’t want to just push yourself and go right off the bat. With that, you’re more likely to get injured or have some severe soreness. And that is something that easing into will help make go away or not make it as bad. That’s what I’ve got for you today.
Picking the right footwear
Find a shoe that fits well, gives you the support that you need, and then pinpoint it a little more to the activity that you are doing with that shoe.
